Three things that make the answer quick

  1. 1

    The project

Its name is enough. Every project has one, and we find it from that.

  2. 2

    What you pressed

Which button, and roughly when. Every generation is recorded with its time, so this points us at the right run.

  3. 3

    The message on screen

If an error was shown, copy it as it was written. It usually names the failure.

Before you write

I cannot sign in.
Use the sign-in page's forgotten password link. The link it emails you signs you in and lets you set a new password. If the email never arrives, write to us and we reset it by hand.
The studio says my account is not switched on.
Croqui is by invitation. Your account exists but the Croqui flag is off. Ask through the enquiry form or write to us with the email you sign in with.
A generation failed.
The run stays in the list with its error so you can see what happened. Press it again; nothing is retried on its own. If it fails twice with the same message, write to us with the project name and the time.
A number or a plan looks wrong.
That is what the review tab is for: every check the studio makes is listed there and on the printed sheet, and nothing is quietly fixed. Anything you would change, change; it is a draft for your review. If a check itself is wrong, tell us.
The button says my allowance is used.
Each account has a rolling hourly allowance per button and in total. It clears within the hour. If your practice needs more, write to us.
