The service

Ink & Pixel uses AI to help you generate social media captions and visuals. You need an account to use most features.

Plans & billing

• Free and paid plans (Plus & Pro) are available. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• You can cancel anytime; your plan stays active until the end of the paid period. We don't generally offer refunds for partial periods.
• Prices are shown on the upgrade page and may change with notice.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, videos, and text you upload, and of the posts you generate. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (e.g. to process and store your content and send it to our AI providers to create your posts). You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload.

AI content disclaimer

AI-generated text and images can be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing everything before you publish it. We don't guarantee the output is accurate, original, or fit for a particular purpose.

Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, hateful, or deceptive content, or to abuse the system. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under EU law.
